OK, the line-up is different than what Bergdorf carries, but the design is absolutely identical, from chandelier, to shape and look of the counters, to lamps and mirrors.  I have no respect for that.

Too often nowadays I see people stretching their boundaries and making statements that reveal a shallow understanding of a topic.  I don’t judge this, as I prefer self expression to self censorship, but it’s so much more enjoyable to let the experts speak and quote them.

Last Monday night was dedicated to our clients, to good taste, to exceptional perfumes, all while being centered around Octavian.

The lights deemed to let the candles burn, we had champagne to set us in a bubbly mood, and after catching up with one another, the time came to do what we love:

This year was different.  Bologna was no longer the destination for niche perfumery exhibits, but Milan.  From what I understand, Cosmoprof organizers’s ideas clashed with those supporting artisanal perfumery, and so a separation was in order.  Or a boycott, depending on whose side you’re on.
