Michel Perry and Acne Jeans in Bucharest

For a long time I had my eye on a certain location which, finally, has become functional. And functional in a great way!

Raionul 4 is a SoHo like store, in my favorite perimeter between Lido, The Atheneum and The Hilton. It’s right across the street from Galleron and it occupies a generous corner, just perfect for the Cayennes and the Lexuses to spy on.

I say the store is very SoHo because it has a bit of a warehouse look, with minimalist decour, a massive desk as a counter, and plain racks that let the clothes do the showing. Nice window accents of cork surfaces and black origami ornate just enough to be so efortlessly cool.

The brand line-up (which I think is seasonal, but I may be wrong) brings Acne Jeans (young Swedish brand) and the much coveted Michel Perry shoes (which are very expensive, but excel in material and design).

I wish them good luck and a warm welcome; again, Bucharest deserves to host these little gems which bring the West and the good taste to the heart of the city.
